Rude, aggressive or demeaning behaviour will not be tolerated and your session will be stopped immediately and your payment will be forfeited. I will not tolerate abusive behaviour of any kind. 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the session will not be extended. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and rescheduling or a refund will not be possible. If you miss your appointment there is no refund or option to re-schedule.
